The first model pictured is the old Christopher Wray (now Co-Op) building in Manchester city centre.  Several reference photographs were taken to maintain accuracy and to achieve the correct scale.

The second building (adjacent to the Co-Op in the first picture) is Fountain House, this is located elsewhere in Manchester.  The models were built with as few polys as possible, making them suitable assets for games and animation.
